I got Thai tea with boba and my husband got strawberry lemonade with lychee jelly very good! Thai tea is always a hit or miss for me and this was perfect sweetness! I think it’s because I’m lactose intolerant so they didn’t put the condense milk but that was perfect for me. Also the boba texture was on point and if you love boba you know what I mean we don’t normally come out this way so this was our first time and we love it! Thank you! The drinks are wonderfully unique and delicious. Bakery items have all been pretty good, although I can only comment to the gluten free items. Have loved anything sesame here. Recommend ordering ahead, otherwise it is generally a 10+ min wait. Heads up: they will take cash, but won’t make change (and you can’t do a partial cash/partial electronic payment, which makes no sense because not asking for cash back-?? . Overall I love this place, but only as an occasional treat because it’s rather expensive. Bobae is consistently busy, but the wait is well worthwhile! The menu is exquisitely diverse; each drink is customizable down to the sweetness and ice levels. There are a bunch of fun add ons, too, like jelly bits, boba pearls, and even flaming marshmallows (which smell SO cozy). The team members are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, so even if you don't know what to get they'll steer you in the right direction! Kierin is one of the kindest employees.
