Bojangles - Woodfin

Every time I visit this location, there's always an issue. My order is often incorrect, I’ve received missing chicken pieces, hard and dry fries, no dipping sauce, or the wrong order altogether. Today, when I arrived at my usual time, I had to wait 10 minutes in the drive-thru just to be told they weren't opening for another 30 minutes. They really need to hire more staff or address the situation somehow. I can’t believe this Bojangles is still in business! I've made it a point to warn many people against coming to this location.

Terrible experience. They stop serving food after 8:30 PM. They claimed they were out of dishes, but I suspect that wasn't true.

Edit 1: A couple of months later, I decided to give it another try, and once again, it turned out to be the worst Bojangles I've ever visited. The fries were dry and completely unseasoned. The biscuit and tea were decent, and the line was fast this time, but overall, it was still a disappointing experience. I'm giving it two stars for the improvement, but it retains its one-star rating because of my consistently negative experiences.

If you are going to ask a customer who has ordered to sit in a parking space and wait 20 minutes for their biscuit, you should let them know before they pay so they can decide whether or not it 's worth being late for work.I use this location once every two weeks or so, but I can 't afford to allow for 30 minutes for fast food.Quite absurd.

The service left a lot to be desired. The cashier acted as though helping me was an imposition.
