Wendy's - Woodbury

Avoid ordering from this restaurant through DoorDash or UberEats. I ordered two Biggie Bags along with some drinks, but only received a baked potato, a small fries, and a small chili. It's the worst experience I've ever had. I spent $30, but only got $5 worth of food. If you reach out to their customer service, they will either deny your order or tell you that everything was done correctly. This $30 fiasco will leave you feeling ripped off! Stick to McDonald's instead!

This location was clean and well-maintained. The staff was quick and friendly. It was one of the better Wendy's experiences I've had recently.

We didn't get the chance to dive into our meal. We waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru, only to find out that our order was wrong after waiting 35 minutes. I'm extremely disappointed. The only reason I gave it one star is that I had to give something to leave this comment.

Drive thru service was above average for a late night snack! They forgot my sauce, but courteously handed me extra when I went back to get my forgotten sauce.

Bathroom urinal out of order in men's room and very loose toilet seat. The baconator was bit overdone and dry and Barqs rootbeer tasted watered down. For what you pay, not a good value.
