Leeann Chin - Woodbury

I usually like Leeann Chin. Everything looked good. Looks can be deceiving. I chose Chin Dynasty with fried rice. SEASEME CHICKEN, ended up mostly breading and a few chunks of chicken in a sticky sauce. CASHEW CHECKEN, the celery and the seasoned sauce were good, but the chicken tasted of shrimp. The fried rice was kinda slick like too much oil and not a hot enough pan. The cream cheese wonton were really good, just not very hot. Never offered a beverage, nor a fortune cookie, and my dine in tray and table were both so sticky, I had to go get more napkins. It was not the time of day as the diner crowd was coming in at 5:20pm. Suggestions, send the cafeteria trays thru the dishwasher, and get a fresh bucket of water when cleaning tables. This will not be my last visit to Leeann Chins, just this location, they really tripped up their game, at least ask if I want a beverage at checkout.

Lovely looking store. But there was no other customers and like 3 things available. I was there shortly after 8 so it was towards the end of the day, but don’t say you’re open until 8:30 when you have no options after 8.

We came in because we went to Panda Express to get wok shrimp. Panda Express gave us half a pint and made us pay for half empty container, and stated they can limit the amount of shrimp they give you upon their own discretion. I have teenage boys who want shrimp. Two of em. It was berserk. So we came down to Leanne Chin and were graced to have met Kim. She was lovely. She offered suggestions, and was a breath of fresh air. What a great experience we had, following such a traumatic experience.Thank you Kim. You are AMAZING.

Mixed veggies were uncooked and not very flavorful, you can do better! Let me know when to try again! I am vegan! Vegetarian options: Tofu is ok decent flavor but no veggies with. Vegetable stir fry is very BRIGHT and not much flavor. Sorry !

There are many fast food options in Woodbury but Leeann Chin has some of the better gluten free options for some of my family members. The staff is usually pretty friendly and the food is almost always fresh. Sometimes you have to wait for an order, especially if they are busy, but I would rather have my food fresh than them make too much and have it sit out for long periods of time.
