Customer service is missing. Employees try to talk away from the counter from 20 ft. Several suggestions to change my order. A flat bagel with an aromatized cream cheese should not be $8.40 even with the 4% card fee. A solid $2 dollars more for no reason

The best salmon salad ever! Huge salmon with barely mayonnaise. Large selection of bagels, flags and other breads. Extensive desserts and menu choices . Fast service. A real visit

Cost-effective under avg service! After waiting where it says line forms here, I was told after a few minutes that you cannot order here, but order in the register. While 5 employees saw me waiting there and said nothing... calculated $6.50 for a bagel with clear cheese... (Get these guys took inflation to the next level)

The coffee is amazing, the bagels and cream cheese are delicious, and I love the workers, everyone was very helpful and friendly while I visited with my mother. we are LI natives, but we haven't been here for a long time, it was wonderful, and towards our hotel!

The food is fresh and the quality is amazing. The bagels, egg sandwiches, brownies, and ice cream are my favorites. The staff is amazing. I had them cater for parties before.
