I usually come here all the time, not sure what happened but I was given day old rice with my bowl, and the rice was already hard to chew. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I used to enjoy this restaurant, but recently it has been hit or miss with available ingredients. My latest experience was the last straw - they had run out of white rice and my bowl was mostly filled with scallions, with minimal other ingredients. It was disappointing and I will be looking for a new poke place.

I always order bowls and already have 6600 points. This is my second time use points change free bowl. But the stuff new lady didn’t accept my points. She told me must pay the food and then I can use points. I am confused so I think I can eat one then pick up one. When I paid full prices she tell me still can’t use. Bad service!!! She asked me job and where from many private questions.I think the stuff need training!
