The coffee at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered a caramel macchiato but received a latte instead. I turned my car around and went back inside to have it remade, but it was still awful. It tasted like weak coffee mixed with milk. The staff needs to improve their milk foaming skills.
This particular location is in need of attention. The customer service and staff awareness are extremely poor. I ordered drinks ahead in the app 15 minutes before arriving, but they were not ready when I got there. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes before finally getting the staff's attention, and even then, they had not started making my drink. If I didn't speak up, they would ignore me. However, on rare occasions, I have received extra drinks. For the drive-thru, they should have a sign at the entrance stating a 45-minute wait time from that point, as each car could take up to 10 minutes to be served even though the drive-thru can accommodate 6 to 8 cars.
Ordered a Brown Sugar Oat Americano and there isn't any brown sugar flavour. I paid $7 for a regular Americano.
