I understand why this place has some bad reviews, but for a food dish food this is one of the best experiences I had. We went during a slower time, so the server was very attentive. The food was delicious! I was surprised because I honestly did not expect much in view of the nature of the place (the production of large batches and the reheating all day). My expectations were far exceeded. Try the garlic knots!

Good customer service, the chicken roll was great.
