TEXAN here and we always hunt home made tortillas with a good Mexican restorer! Now that we don't want to eat here, but the hour is waiting for all other restorers paid. They offer free tortillas!!!! Not hot! Beans and rice both good. Cheese enchiladas and tamales were up to Tex-Mex standards! Pass on tortilla soup to spicy, and crispy Taco Shell was box : Our great sigh even sent us home with extra tortillas for some breakfast tacos. We found our place! It's not San Antonio, but it's close enough.

Great menu, great fresh specialties. Not your typical east coast Mexican Restaraunt, where they throw moderately fried beans and rice on your plate next to something crushed in cheese. Something up and pricy, but the food is worth it. The best tortillas I've ever had, and I just spent the last 3 years in San Diego. They tasted more like medium eastern bread. Delicious! I ordered the speciality, the crabs filled Jumbo shrimps served over the best rice I had in a Mex rudearaunt. It came with a Veg Medley of very fresh grilled vegetables. It was very good. I ate everything on tortillas with guacamole. The service was moderate, but my waiter was a boy. He had a good attitude, so I blame his shortcomings in his training / management. The boss definitely knows his business. The front of the house needs work. I'll go back and give them another shot.

I took my daughter for my birthday and we had a great time. At first my baby girl told the waiter that our booth was not clean and he offered to move us immediately. Our service was excellent. When she told him we were there for her birthday and we were surprised that she was given a dessert and he offered suggestions for the food. All he did was fantastic.

The food was great and the environment was very nice. It was pretty busy, which is understandable for a Saturday night. Wife and I really enjoyed the food. Not at all disappointed with our experience here. Our waiter was amazingly intuitive with our needs. Really do recommend this place.
