Tigo Trattoria - Woodbridge

Made a reservation three weeks in advance for Valentine’s Day. We were seated promptly but this is where the positive vibe ended. The tables are too closely packed together which caused the waiters to bump into our chairs, backs and legs. All of the waiters...seem to serve all of the tables which ended up being dysfunctional. We paid for our bill and then another waiter came to our table with the bill. Very dysfunctional. As for the food. Definitely way overpriced and seemed to be priced higher for Valentine’s Day as compared to the prices on their web site. Portion sizes were small. Nothing stellar in the taste department. Grilled meant they threw it onto the grill and lathered it with oil. Food arrived so quickly that you knew it was precooked. Summary of our experience: overpriced, poor value and mediocre food. We will not return as the local area has much better restaurants than this.

My husband and I go quite often to this Trattoria because of its warm atmosphere of an European family restaurant. This weekend was no different: amazing food, large portions, served with a big smile and eager to make you, the patrons happy. For sure we 'll...go again, and so should you!

We were at Tigo’s again last evening and our dinner was as good as ever. From being genuinely greeted upon our arrival to ordering food and beverages to dinner service and all and all excellent service we love coming here. Our seafood mixed grilled platter...was delicious and the establishment was packed. Tigo has a very warm and friendly ambience and although not large in size it feels like home. Great value for the money and well worth going. We will definitely be returning!

Absolutely a scam at this restaurant. Bought a Groupon deal and made my decision from looking at their offer and menu... when we arrived half the manu was off limits although it was clearly stated on their Groupon menu. Ordered the soup and was told...it was chicken soup and beans came to our table. I would not recommend this place at all. Everything they claimed to be was the exact opposite! Worst service ever experienced!!!

Veal was tough and unappetizing looking, overpriced.Had to pay extra for pasta with veal. Not a great menu for the average person.
