Starbucks - Woodbridge

Great location. Great staff. Great atmosphere. I frequenct this location on the reg and they're always super friendly and engaging even when dealing with difficult customers

I was disrespected by an African American lady at the window. She played like she did not understand my English. She tried to give me and charge me for an apple juice when I was only asking politely for napkins for the coffee i got. Although I was repeating the word napkins multiple times, she continued to repeat apple juice, what, ... apple juice

Typical Starbucks. Decent lattes. Decent staff. Nothing stand out. Very busy drive through

Atrocious Starbucks. Maybe the worst one. I've been to 100s around the country. Lousy atmosphere, inattentive, incompetent staff. Waited 25 minutes for a simple mobile order. Grande blonde/ halfnhalf. Finally went to register got Pike, no halfnhalf.

This location is terrible when it comes to drinks. I order the same thing every time: iced shaken espresso with almond milk, no classic. It?s made different every time. Today the cup wasn?t even full. The incompetence and inconsistency is unacceptable.
