Sakura Japanese Steak, Seafood House Sushi

We recently visited Sakura Japanese Steak House Hibachi Sushi in Woodbridge, VA for my son's birthday, and it was hands down the best hibachi experience I've ever had! I can’t think of a single negative thing to say, except that I wish I could give them more stars. The wait service was exceptional, with attentive staff who anticipated our needs perfectly. The portions were generous, and every dish was delicious. The chef’s performance was engaging and impressive, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. We never had to ask for anything, as the service was impeccable from start to finish. This place has quickly become our go-to restaurant, and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts and taste buds. We will definitely be back! A special shout out is due to Dejá our exceptional server ? she was great!

I came in the other day to decompress after a crazy day at work. Figured I’ll get some paperwork done some enjoying some Sushi and Spirits. Walking in is kind of awkward as you walk through the restaurant to the wait staff. I sat myself at the Sushi bar and was promptly attended to. I asked if they had Sake and the waiter told me that they ran out…at 7 pm on a Wednesday. I’ve never! But okay. Ordered two Tall beers instead. I ordered an array of rolls which I enjoyed. Seems like the Sushi area plays second fiddle to the hibachi. Pricing wasn’t too bad but close. Not a fan of imitation crab as it’s super processed. Wish they would disclose this on the menu. Overall, I would say the sushi was mediocre but tasty. I’ve lived in Japan so I’m kind of biased when it comes to Sushi spots. I would probably check them out again. Vegetarian options: Plenty of options.

Fantastic birthday celebration for my daughter. The food is always delicious, best hibachi in the area, the portions were big, the chef was nice and entertained my daughter , she truly enjoyed it and wants to go back soon. The service was excellent!

Fantastic. I came here a lot of times mainly for the sushi and I can say that is probably one of the best sushi places I’ve been to. I went to the hibachi once and the chef was super nice and skilled. The food is always great, from the fabulous sushi flavors to the perfectly cooked meat, its always a great experience. Vegetarian options: There are a lot of vegetarian options, but I haven’t tried any. Parking: There’s a lot of parking, but it’s kinda full sometimes because it is shared with other surrounding shops.

This place is wayyy overpriced for the quality of food. It is rushed and the portion size for take out is literally a joke. They gave me a baby scoop of noodles before I had to go in and request more. The front desk host was nice helpful but the restaurant as a whole is clearly a rip off. The food is a bit better than mall quality habachi but 70$ for literally two SMALL scoops of chicken and steak meals was insane and I will never be back here.
