Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Woodbridge

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I waited for 5 minutes while two employees completely ignored me. They even started making a sandwich that I didn't order. One employee appeared to be watching over the others, possibly training them. Despite being the only customer in line, I received no attention. I eventually moved towards the cashier, hoping for assistance, but was informed that the employees who had ignored me were next in line to help me. At that point, I decided it was best to leave. Thank you, but I will pass on your sandwiches.

Perfect lunch place. I didn't want anything too hard on vacation. Had a shopping in the Plaza stopped to get a sandwich. Service was friendly. Good selection of sandwiches and soup.

After losing all our Potbelly locations in Canada, it was a treat to finally experience it again after so many years. I sampled the Cubano, the Wreck, and the Steakhouse Beef sandwiches. The Wreck was my favorite, but all three were incredibly delicious.

The quality of food and customer services has decreased. Your only concern is to get in and out as soon as possible. In and of itself, this is not so bad, but it is obvious that all that they care is to get the next person. The young lady who takes the sandwiches from the toaster doesn't listen. That means I have to repeat two or three times. I made the mistake of asking mushrooms on my sandwich, which led to her rolling her eyes because she had to run 6 feet away to get them. While my sandwich is still made, my payment is required. The cashier didn't even know what my order was, but he wanted to avenge me so he could come to the next customer. To get a customer out quickly is a good idea, but not at the expense of treatment with respect and dignity. As far as food is concerned, it is good, but very uneven. The soup I had three days ago was better than the same seasoned soup I had today. The quality of the sandwich was also missing. I need to find another Potbelly nearby and to see the service and the food is better. If not, I'd like to take my business elsewhere.

Italian sandwich was great. Staff friendly. No wait. The only issue I had was that they were out of Dr pepper in the fountain machine. The staff offered me a choice of drinks instead but were unable to change it. Overall a great experience.
