Chipotle Mexican Grill - Woodbridge

This specific location is situated on the northeast corner of Prince William Parkway and Route 294. While Google Maps navigated us there without issue, the area can be quite busy, making it a little challenging for newcomers. The restaurant is perched on a hill, nestled between a McDonald's and a Mediterranean eatery. There are approximately 25 parking spaces available, so if it’s crowded, you might need to find parking in a nearby lot. We decided to order online, and our food was ready for pickup when we arrived. The restaurant was clean and not overly busy during our visit. Our order was neatly packaged with our name on it for easy collection. Prices were in line with what you would expect in the area, and the food was tasty. However, I did notice that the portion size for the chicken dish seemed smaller compared to other Chipotle locations I've visited. Overall, we enjoyed a satisfying meal at a reasonable price, and I would definitely recommend this place to other diners traveling through the area.

This Chipotle location on the hill has some serious issues. I had to wait 40 minutes for two burrito bowls, and to make matters worse, the Diet Coke from the machine was just regular Coke. There were no napkins available at the condiment station, and every table was dirty. The staff seemed overwhelmed and too busy arguing with other customers to provide any assistance.

This restaurant is truly disappointing. They are consistently 20-30 minutes behind schedule. There are three other restaurants within a few miles that don't have this issue. I suspect it's a management problem, as this location appears to struggle with employee development, and the turnover rate seems quite high, with new staff members always appearing.

I have given this place so many possibilities and every time I have a terrible culinary experience. Whether you go to the restaurant or order online for delivery or pickup. Food quality is not the same with other Chipotle locations. The chicken is always fed and comminuted. If you order double portions of meat, it is never as much as you would get in other places. I have burned chips in many places. Another review mentioned the Guacamole with extra large pieces of Avocado. Just another example of poor food preparation. There is no quality assurance regarding food. The service is terrible. The staff is not nice. I'll never order them again.

I?ve order guacamole at this location multiple times and they don?t make it correctly. They don?t take the time to crush the avocados. This time, there was half an avocado, in tact, in the small plastic cup of guacamole. What?s the point?
