Each dish was flavorful and beautifully presented, making for a truly enjoyable meal. The service was quite good as well, although there were a few moments where the staff seemed a bit rushed. I would rate the service a 4 out of 5, as the staff was attentive and friendly, just a tad overwhelmed during peak hours. As for the atmosphere, it was lovely. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, with a great vibe that made it perfect for a dinner outing. I would give the atmosphere a solid 5 out of 5. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a pleasant dinner experience.

My daughter and daughter in law took me out for my birthday meal today. I have to say I was so disappointed, not only in the service but the food. I ordered the burger man burger, which used to be my favorite. I do not like the new changes with the smash burgers now but the real down fall was they didn't even put the crispy onions on it, which is one of the main things that makes it the burgerman burger. When I brought it to the waitresses attention, she just said sorry and they would take it off the bill. When she came back she said they would take 50% off my burger,but didn't even offer to bring any crispy onions to add to it, she just walked away. The Woodvillage location was where we used to go with my son who passed away, so it was meaningful for me to choose this location to spend my birthday meal to feel closer to him. I was so disappointed all the way around. I'm not sure I will make the long trip to return after this experience.
