I typically order a latte with chocolate Irish cream, while my husband prefers the white mocha. It's great that we have a place where we can both enjoy our drinks. I'm a bit particular about my coffee, so finding it made to my liking can be challenging. This spot has become my new favorite in the area.

Now, regarding the staffing issue: It's unrealistic to expect a high demand for workers if you're only offering minimum wage. Minimum wage positions are typically meant for part-time high school students. To resolve this, either consider paying a more competitive wage or significantly cut back your operating hours to prevent customers from repeatedly finding the place closed.

This is the second time I've visited this restaurant, and I've found foreign particles in my drink again. I attempted to contact them through their website to inform them, but I never received a response. Unfortunately, there are a lot of floaters in my energy drink this time. I really like their products, but as someone who has worked in the food industry, I can't help but feel that their cleanliness is lacking. I've taken pictures, but for some reason I'm unable to upload them.

I've ordered a blended chai tea here three times in a row, and each time it has tasted watery. On one occasion, I ordered five, and only one of them was drinkable. That's a total of $50 wasted at this location. If you add ice to a blended drink, it ends up getting watered down, and you need to add a little extra syrup to compensate for that. I live just across the street, but I won't be returning. If you enjoy blended drinks, this is not the place for you.

The location is convenient, and the service is average. They could benefit from asking more questions, such as whether you'd like whipped cream with your diluted blended coffee. Unfortunately, the quality is what leads me to decide against returning. I've visited this little café a few times, but I’m sorry to say I’ve been left unimpressed.
