Was freezing in there. Service was slow. Waitress was nice and doing her best. Not her fault they had one person working at lunch time. Waited about 45 minutes for our food and it's not as though it was majorly crowded. There were 4 other tables when we came in. Fries were not done all the way and could tell they were cooked in dirty grease. Overall not impressed.

Went there on Saturday for their steak special . Available after 2:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday ?

Been going to Franchise for a long time! Can't beat the weekly specials! The food has always been good. Atmosphere is always great and I enjoy taking my daughter for dinner especially if there is a cardinals or Blues game on. Service can be hit or miss especially during the busy times which I understand that. If I go for pizza on Mondays I try to beat the 5:30 rush and the same goes for the wing special on Wednesday. It can get packed in a hurry but totally worth it!
