Baskin-robbins - Wood Ridge

The Baskin Robbins employees here are terrible. They constantly have attitudes when you come in after 8pm. They close an hour earlier then the signs on the door says on random nights. Constantly runs out of popular flavors and you can see that the ice cream sometimes melt and refreezes. Customer service isn?t great at all.

Drunk employee... Fell down when preparing ice cream. Red eyes.. Dropped ice-creams twice. He did not use gloves

They got a new espresso machine and now their cappuccino tastes really good!

Busy Saturday night. Only one employee. Looks like bad management. I waited for my order for 15 min

We ordered from this baskin Robbins one night and the order came very wrong. That?s not a huge deal, but the second time we ordered from here, instead of Oreos the place put almonds in it. Without knowledge of the customer?s allergies they altered the order without informing us. Avoid if you want to have a good experience
