Contribuiți la feedbackThey need to rent a polite professional staff. maybe a training how to talk to customers. I have referenced this place until recently. the personal has left a bitter sweet taste, which I can never come back again or refer this place to someone again.
Sunday, the 14th February at 12 o'clock, I gave an order by grubhub. I called this place 3xs to confirm my order. not only did they not deliver, but who answered the phones was extremely rude, not only that they did not deliver my order, but they refused to pay back my money $125 order that I never received. they said I got them the wrong number, which is impossible because the app automatically takes their phone number! hungry!
They provide their food for customers in hudson district. When I ordered that to eat, I saw that it would take 2 hours to eat. I called seamless to ask, they called the restaurant and we sorted it out. 2 hours later I called the restaurant to find out where that was eating. They said seamless called her and canceled the order. I never did. I called seamless and they said they never canceled the order. So I got seamless and the restaurant on the phone when the manager from the restaurant began to curse me and scream at me while I had seamless on the line. I cannot believe that this day and age a restaurant would actually treat a customer who has waited 2 hours and paid over $30 for two burgers like this. I hope they're going out of business.
First time ordering, this place is phenomenal. My new comfort food spot.
Went here for lunch with my boyfriend. It was delish! We both ordered burgers and fries. I would return! The buns on the burgers tasted freshly made. The burger will just fill you up, you don't need the fries!
