Chick-fil-a - Wood County

Fast experience, but was treated like I was absolutely stupid. The thing that really got me is paying 5$ for a sandwich when the fillet was smaller than the bun. The BOH at this store is seriously seriously lacking, the quality control is appalling. Having worked FOH BOH as management at multiple chickfilas I can confidently say this is the worse one in the area. I should’ve just made the drive to central or airport where the quality is 3x better :

They forgot my fries and straws. Had to go back through the drive thru....and wait again for the food we should have gotten. My advice is double check the food at the window!! Employees are the best!!!!

I have catered with chick fil a for the very first time and it was an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend them anytime for any event.I know this is late to post when I got catering done, but I wanted to still share over the top service and quality of their business. I have ordered 2 servings of 75 chicken tenders for a baby shower I was throwing on March 23rd.I had a family member pick up the order and I noticed it took awhile over the time frame that I wanted the order done. I was worried my guests would get hungry because the party has already started.The employees got the order done and my family member arrived 20 minutes after the party started with the food, but I also got half my money back due to the inconvenience. I was so amazed and almost in tears happy tears) . The food was wonderful and it was all gone by the end of the party .Thank you chick fil a for making my very first baby shower a wonderful experience and my first time catering with your business phenomenal.

They have good fries but either their large are actually just filled to be medium (it doesn’t even fill to the first lip, like cmon) or at the bottom you get half just being small bits of fry.

Customer service is great and food is always piping hot&fresh. Couldn’t ask for anything better.
