After hosting The oil Sands Open Dart Tournament in April 2023, having approximately 472 participants for a 3 day event our Committee would like to give a thumbs up to the Management and Staff of the Quality Hotel Conference Centre. They went above and beyond to accommodate all guests and participants. Restaurant and Bar area had exceptional hours and service. Highly recommend this facility for any small or large event.

Good value, with friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good. They even let me use their freezer to store my bear after a successful hunt.

I would definitely come back to this restaurant. The rooms are lovely, the staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet is amazing, and the sports bar is enjoyable. As older customers, we would prefer more traditional table seating as the high chairs and tables can be difficult for seniors to use. Nevertheless, overall a very pleasant experience!

I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I have been here for 3 days and have not been able to get a hot shower, not even lukewarm. I was told to let the water run, but even after letting it run for 25 minutes, there was still no hot water. I would not choose to stay here again. However, I will say that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Having been evacuated from Ft. Chipewyan and staying at the Quality Inn for the past 2 weeks, we must commend the staff for their exceptional kindness and consideration during this challenging period. We are grateful for their wonderful hospitality.
