Overall, good food quality. However, their customer service is mediocre, it is hard to ask for additional orders.
The staff are very accommodating and the food is great not bad for 550 php
It's my firts tym to go to cebu city.. i'm very happy that one of our destination was here in tsay cheng chinese cuisen. i liked the food here..
