West Park Chalet - Wolverhampton

The new onsite café has a pleasant and welcoming staff. The coffee is decent, especially compared to the typical high street chain. However, an overcooked egg in the microwave was left uneaten.

A quick google brings articles about this place in februar 2018. we have been twice in 2019, but as it is winter, the door was closed so that they look closed from the outside. the building itself is beautiful. there are Victorian flows on the walls and floor and large cast iron heat sinks. it is much more beautiful than they would think from outside. they serve costa coffee so they know what they get there. they have a good choice of cold drinks, cakes, chocolates and snacks with an ice-freezer and a slurry machine. there is a small kitchen that offers breakfast and lunch. the complete cooked breakfast is not great. it's small and it seems cheap. when they are in the park on a cold winter day, it is worth going for a warm one. they also have toilet facilities. there are only a few tables.

Have been here a few times and have always enjoyed eating and drinks a lot, especially the cakes and sandwiches, but only came for a morning coffee break, as brilliant as ever, will be again very soon

We had a staff lunch at the West Park Tearooms in The Chalet. The staff was lovely and friendly, the prices were good value for the quality, and the setting was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to receive two free bowls of chips for our table. The food was excellent with a variety of options available. The Victorian decor added to the charm of the place.

Very interesting victorian tea chalet with fabulous tiles inside. great for sitting outside on a summers day visit to the park. annoying that they dont stay open in the cold seasons when you want a warm cup of tea! polite and quick service at reasonable...prices.
