The Cuban Exchange - Wolverhampton

The staff at this restaurant are unfriendly and unprofessional. This is not a pleasant place to dine and I will not be returning. When questioning the ingredients in a cocktail, it caused unnecessary drama and hostility. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I popped in for a quick drink before the theatre and was pleased to find the staff bright and happy. I tried a few of their unique shots and enjoyed them. I would definitely visit again.

What a find, great large pub which was not too full when we visited. Nice comfy areas and the drinks were not over priced. Good range of beers as well as nice menu for those wanting something a little special. House wine was only £6 for the bottle and it was not a bad glass!! Or four. Great friendly staff who were polite, a must if you want a reasonably priced meeting place, with atmosphere that is set at a level which allows conversations to happen.

We visited Cuban as a group of 8 and as always it lived up to expectations. It was £2 entry but you got a free shot at the door. The cocktail bar on the right hand side of the building is great you name it the waiter can make it. The atmosphere in Cuban is always great a must on a night out in Wolverhampton.

Friday night 10.30 it was really busy, you get in and you cannot move much. Crowd was very young. early 20's max. Don't get a girl going round to sell vodka jelly at £1 each, you could keep her behind the bar to serve and it will make service faster. Music ok, lounge at first then a bit of house. Not my sort anyway.
