They basically didn’t have more than half of the starters and the pudding wasn’t cooked at all.

Lovely atmosphere, food and service. The waitress was lovely and polite and although very busy, she couldn't do enough.

I would always recommend the crown to friends and consistently enjoy it here, however, one of the bar staff could have done with some lessons in how not to be a smart a*se. When pouring my pornstar martini, you didnt have any shot glasses so he proceeded to pour the prosecco shot into a tumbler, which was fine but he wasnt pouring the right amount that would be equivalent to the shot glass, i asked him to pour more and he argued that it was exactly the same measure. Good customer service means the customer is always right, would recommend he changes his attitude!

The service was very slow. Restaurant was not busy probably about 5 tables at any one time. The place is nice and the menu has a good choice however the waitress was very slow. Ordered food and drinks at the same time. The main meal cane first. Waited 40 minutes for drinks. Ordered more drinks, about 20 minutes later we asked the waitress where they were. She forgot to put them through. The ends portions are small, I had a pizza and was full however my 2 friends ordered chicken and were still hungry after. Had to ask for the card machine as she left us with the bill for a considerable amount of time. We would have had coffees but we probably would have got them for breakfast! The place is very nice but the service let’s it down
