This is the only place I will purchase samosas from. They are both inexpensive and delicious. I can't pass by the restaurant without stopping to get some.
Just phoned in an order for 30 samosas and they will be ready in no time at all. We are big fans of the place. The staff are always very accommodating and friendly.
The food is fresh, the Aloo Paratha are made fresh. The food is authentic and just right. Friendly service and external catering on offer too.
Have been using this establishment since it opened a few years ago and quality is generally very good. The highlights in my view are the samosas (35p each) which are usually fried to order and are therefore not generally displayed on the counter. Very nicely spiced and extremely tasty, especially when accompanied by one of the home made chutneys at 20p per pot. As well as samosas, you can get pakora, onion bhajis etc (priced by weight at £7 per kg or £3.18 per lb) along with a variety of vegetable curries. All are usually very good although on the odd occasion the pakoras have been a touch dry. They also sell home made bombay mix type snacks which are very nice particularly the really hot ones. Haven 't sampled the sweets as Indian desserts are far too sweet for my taste buds but they are nicely presented and seem to be very popular.
