Domino's Pizza - Wolverhampton

I ordered pizza as a special treat for my family after the first week back at school. I placed the order over the phone, and the lady told me the total amount I needed to pay upon collection. I had my family in the car, all excited to go pick up the pizza, but when we arrived, we were told they only accepted card payments. Unfortunately, I only had cash on me, so I had to leave without the pizza, leaving my son in tears. The lady never mentioned that they only accepted card payments, she just informed me of the total amount due. I checked their website and there was no mention of it being card only. I had the money in hand to treat my son, but they wouldn't accept it.

I ordered a mushroom and pepper pizza for pickup from the restaurant. When I arrived, I noticed a flyer advertising a buy one, get one free offer. I asked the assistant why I couldn't see the offer online since I was not familiar with Domino's Pizza, and she replied rudely, saying she didn't know. She was not helpful and did not give me a receipt. The pizza I received was disappointing, with hardly any cheese, mushrooms, or peppers. It was tasteless and not worth the money. I will not be going back to this restaurant again.

I don't like the menu toppings so add my own to a vegi volcano but it works out expensive online, as they don't charge for toppings over phone,they offer a 2 pizza deal with two sides but not full choice of sides so you can't win without paying through nose, £40 for two pizza n sides instead of *26 with two sides you don't want over phone, there either clever or retarded nice food but a rip off so last time for me, I'll go papa John's next time

I rang to get a delivery to some work colleagues earlier today...the gentleman couldn't have been more courteous and polite and even suggested special deals to make my cost cheaper... Food arrived within 35 mins to the suprise of my work colleagues who said it was fabulous and hot . Well done ...great service great pizza from wolves domino's !

Ordered a vegi volcano for a spicy hit and got a boring vegi supreme… sigh… at least they remembered the wedges
