Very down rated fish and chip shop, expensive and very poor portions, staff need to interact with customers better and the owner needs to highlight properly what food he's selling, cheap Iceland onion rings instead of real onion in batter, even admitted he was being a bit lazy!!! My daughter went for 2 adults fish bites meals, 1 small chip butty and 2 sauces. She returned with a hand full of chips, a bun that was half buttered, and some fish bites without chips which were meant to be meals to feed a family of 4. The grease was dripping off the paper. I have tried to upload a photo so we shall see if they allow it. Not the first time my daughters called in and been totally ripped off. They try and wrap things together rather than in the meals so you arent actually getting the portions you pay for. We hadnt used this chippy for around 6 months for this reason and only used it as we came back from holiday yesterday and one of the children wasnt well and unable to be took grocery shopping.
