The floor staff were all elegantly dressed. We were pretty surprised by the ambient, as well as the automated robot which carried and transported tablewares. The dishes were all nicely presented with large portion and assorted ingredients. They all of course tasted superb. The pineapple fried rice was a hidden gem not on the menu, but it came as per requested to the waiter. The soft shell crab salad was amazing as well. The price was reasonable with respect to the portion. We will definitely come back when we visit Wollongong next time!
Amazing restaurant. The food is prepared with immaculate presentation and the flavours are fantastic. The pricing is comparable to a cheap takeaway shop yet the taste, service, presentation and dining experience is first class. I would rate this venue at 8 out of 5 stars if it was possible. If you are looking for the best dining experience in Wollongong you must try Jasmine Rice.
Jasmine rice is as good as I remember if not better. The food is to die for so many wonderful flavours and it all tastes amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food service I very fast considering how busy they are . Definitely worth the drive up from the south cost.
I have visited this restaurant several times and the food never fails to impress! While it is a bit expensive, everything tastes delicious. The curries are particularly flavorful with a mild but enjoyable spice. This would be my top choice for Thai curries in Wollongong.
The owner was kind enough to accommodate me without a reservation. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the menu had a great variety of options. The curry puffs were perfectly cooked and flavorful, with a tasty dipping sauce. The cashew stir-fry was also delicious, with tender beef that was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be returning to Jasmine Rice on my next trip to Wollongong!
