Excellent clubsandwich
An incredibly flawlessly executed and delivered dining experience. I have dined at a few fine restaurants, and aqua's team must fear no comparison. The only sad aspect of this grand journey was that it came to an end. Even the alcohol free pairing was top-notch, and one hopes Mr Pagel has a long culinary career ahead of him.
Summary: great Creative food perfectly prepared. Nevertheless I missed the wow moment. I think I m more into the classic sauces. Most of the dishes miss sauce
Amazing experience created by Chef Elverfeld. Beats at least a few of the San Pellegrino world’s 50 best restaurants that I’ve been to.
