The Tamale Lady - Wolfforth

This restaurant in Wolfforth, just outside of Lubbock city limits, is a hidden gem that is definitely worth a visit for foodies exploring West Texas. Melanie, our waitress, provided outstanding service. The murals and art inside the restaurant are courtesy of the chef's fiancé, adding to the overall cool factor of the place. We dined in for dinner and were very impressed with the experience.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Edith provided excellent service and the food was delicious. The beef wellington was exceptional and the chocolate tart was a must-try. This was our first visit but we will definitely be returning soon. The price range for a meal is between $30 and $50 per person. Overall, we give a perfect score of 5 for both the food and service.

This restaurant is a fantastic hidden gem! Don't judge a book by its cover - the atmosphere inside is lovely. The artwork on the walls added to the charm. Our server, Edith, was excellent and the chef even came out to greet us. The food was outstanding! The short rib was especially delicious, it practically melted in my mouth. And the panna cotta was heavenly. If you enjoy high-quality dining in a casual setting, this place is perfect for you. We can't wait to return!

I took my staff for our holiday party and Chef Walter did NOT disappoint, we relaxed and were served amazing offerings by a fabulous staff!!! What a way to end the busy season!! We will surely be back!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
