Mcdonald's - Wolf Point

The drive-thru service could be faster, and it would be beneficial if the food was checked before being handed to customers to ensure accuracy.

Wolf Point, Montana location was horrendous. We pulled up to the window and were ignored after replying "no: to using the app or rewards. I had to back up and pull to the order station again to be able to order.Paid and then was asked to pull around as they were waiting on the double quarter pounder. ? We pulled around to wait. There were 5 cars waiting. They brought us the wrong order.I went in and asked for my order. They took the other back. They brought me someone else 's order. I looked at it and said it was wrong. After touching all the food and calling out what it was, another customer said it was his order. They bagged it back up and gave it to him. The first incorrect order was for another waiting customer, and that was bagged back up and handed to that customer. I 've now touched orders for two other customers. ?After 25 minutes, I received our order, only to be surprised that my double quarter pounder turned out to be a regular quarter pounder. ? Unfortunately, I was 20 minutes down the road (eating my fries) and traveling the rest of my 500-mile trip, so I wasn 't turning around.And don 't even get me started on the manager ... learn how to manage ma 'am. Your team needs guidance.

The restaurant is small. napkins, straws, and condiments were all out when we arrived.

I can't even rate McDonalds in Wolf Point, MT. Dirty, service was terrible, flies everywhere and our order was completely wrong. How badly can a place scew up 3 Sausage, egg, cheese McMuffin. No sausage but bacon on them. After waiting 15 -20 minutes and no receipt we just took what we had and left. Do not go there if you are passing through.

Want to have a very rude experience and get charge for things and get told you didn't ask for it but it was on the screen before you pulled up to the window oh and now you can't prove it cause they were supposedly out of printer paper and then ask if that's ok so you pay for everything you order and only get maybe half of what you paid for then this is the place I will tell everyone and anyone that will listen to not waste your time going to this place you will be better off in the long run horrible experience will not be back
