What a delight! I had the original "fish of Stroh" from my childhood, and it's been updated to include fish tacos with sriracha slaw. Absolutely amazing! Locals kept coming and going, which is always a good sign. The menu features plenty of other options, and the prices are reasonable for today's standards. The portion sizes are generous, too. You can enjoy your meal on the enclosed porch during unfavorable weather or grab it to go. Just a heads up: there’s a restroom available before you arrive or at the nearby gas station.

If youre looking to dine-in somewhere, you may be slightly surprised to see this little shack...its literally just that, a shack! It does have picnic tables on the screened in patio, and around the corner is a nice community park pavilion. Our kids love eating there! But the food is delish! Been eating Gropp 's fish my whole life.... From the old school Famous Fish of Stroh to the Shack. Its remained unchanged and magnificent all these years! The tatar sauce is chef 's ?!
