Elmo's Pizza Subs - Wolcottville

I was given an order of Buffalo Wings by a co-worker and wow...the flavor was exactly as it should be. So now when I think of Wings I think Elmo's. ????

I would rate it a 0/5 stars if that was an option. Went to Elmo?s today (08/08/2020) for a breakfast sandwich. I am a vegetarian, so I would not get meat on my sandwich. All I wanted was the classic breakfast sandwich with no meat, so just eggand cheese. The worker and the manager refused to do it. They said I had to get meat on my sandwich. Even after explaining I ama vegetarian, they still refused. I did not ask for a discount on the sandwich, I did not ask for a difficult sandwich. I simplyasked them to skip a step by not putting meat on, which would even save them some time. Will not be going back.

I ordered a pizza and the crust wasn't done. I called and spoke to Caleb five minutes before closing. He was very patient with me and remade my pizza. Honestly best pizza I have ever gotten from Elmo's. Such a respectful young man. I believe he will be an amazing manager some time soon. Thank you Caleb for making us a great pizza! I've been ordering from Elmo's for almost 4 years I have a child with a tomato allergy I have always been able to have the sauce replaced with bosco butter tonight I get my pizza home and guess what there's tomato sauce on it. When I called them they told me they cannot take the sauce off of a pizza and even though I had told them in the instructions that I had a tomato allergy in my home they put freaking tomato sauce on the pizza. So now I get to figure out what to feed a child did I order the specialty pizza for because he can't eat it I get to cook something for dinner when that was the whole point of ordering Elmo's in the first place.
