The staff is very friendly. There is a great selection of interesting beers, ciders, and seltzers. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is great.

I went to this restaurant with high hopes for a fun experience. The main attraction was Cousins Maine Lobster truck, as well as the beer from the brewery. The brewery was nearly empty, with only four people in line, but it was still frustrating to wait for our orders. A gentleman, who I assume was the manager, briefly explained the beer selection before disappearing, leaving one worker to handle the orders while another seemed to do nothing. I understand that businesses are facing challenges right now, but as a strong advocate for good customer service, I was disappointed that no one seemed willing to ensure that all guests had a positive experience. We ended up buying extra drinks to speed up the process and then sat outside by the fire pit to enjoy our beverages. The beer was good and the outdoor seating area was comfortable on a cool day. However, our lack of stars in this review is mainly due to the lackluster customer service. We probably won't be returning anytime soon.

After enjoying a delicious pumpkin pie cannoli beer at this restaurant, we decided to try more of the Cannoli brothers' offerings. Unfortunately, not all of them impressed us. We ordered two flights, which were reasonably priced, and the staff were very friendly. My favorites were the heavenly my jam and the smoothie shop. I appreciated the option to purchase single servings of beer, as it allowed us to try more varieties. We took home a growler of each of our favorite flavors. One of the growlers was leaking when we received it, but the staff were kind enough to replace it for us. The ambiance and outdoor seating were lovely, and we plan to return to try more beers in the future.

So... i loved the beer there im a huge sour fan and love the Yum Yums... the staff was great to me especially Shannon and Kate on a busy Sunday however i have been there in the past and the manager i think it is maybe Rick or Rich was very rude and short with his employees as well as customers... he almost seemed like he didn't want to be there? I'm not sure if he was just off and having a bad day that day but it was not professional at all.... maybe i have to catch him at a better time... will be returning but hopefully don't encounter him!!
