Really enjoyed the atmosphere, tuna melt was good and guy behind the counter was friendly

Giving 1 star as I can’t give 0. Avoid this branch at all costs, ate here with my daughter and within 15mins of eating was violently sick, after requesting a refund I was refused as they couldn’t find my order as I paid cash and didn’t get receipt. Only to be told store staff were stealing and that was why my order couldn’t be found on the system, 2 days off work. No refund no compensation. Avoid avoid avoid. Young man working wasn’t just stealing but couldn’t get off FaceTime for 2mins to serve customers!

Flies came off of the food behind the counter. Didn’t have half the ingredients. The young man working there just couldn’t wait to get back to his phone. Toilets were disgusting. The place smelt really bad too. Poor hygiene, don’t know how this place is still open!

Young boy working on his own on Monday 8th 5pm had no idea what he was doing, the sandwich was cold by the time he had made it. You should see the sign he had written on the desk saying “be back in 10” where he left the shop unattended. The shop stunk of drugs and he looked out of it. The sandwich was not wrapped up properly fell out of packaging and wrapped in a wet dirty tissue which was wet due to the floor being “cleaned”.

Well for what you pay for which is absolutely ridiculous for this is crazy and will never use again. Wouldn't recomend at all. The guy is friendly enough but couldn't wait to get back to his phone. 7 quid for this. Not impressed at all.
