Average taste compared to other patisseries in london. the brownie was too sweet, and the tee came cold. the place is clean and personal friendly.

Their pâtisseries are very average and unfortunately cannot be compared with the competition patis series. very good location and good drinks ..

Absolutely the worse service ever. we sat, waited for 15 minutes and just left because nobody took our orders. the waiter has simply forked and taken away knife instead of taking our commands, although we tried to get his attention. you expect from such an overpriced place as this better.

My companion needed a baby-friendly space for her descending and patisserie valerie supplies high chairs. that must be well known because I noticed many baby bugs on the ground. eating was quite good with generous portions, but service was appallingly slow. the kitchen was fast, but it was impossible to find the waiter. there were only two waiters for the whole restaurant to cover each with ridiculously large sections. we had both mushroom soup that was somewhat surprised because the waiter had informed us that the suppe of the day was a mixed sweet soup. the suppe came with toast, but no butter. pretty good, from scratch, not too much looked, that's my...read more

Patisserie Valerie in Covent garden used to be one of my favourite treat spots. Now on my visit to London I see they are everywhere! I stopped in after a tour of East London and had the classic mousse cake, it was hard to choose what to have but the cake was delicious and didn't disappoint!
