Contribuiți la feedbackThe food, service and overall atmosphere were brilliant! Everything came out promptly but you could tell was freshly made cos it was too hot to eat. Highly recommend the wings and beef bulgogi. Ordering was very modern too with it being a fully web based menu, both a pro and con depending on how tech savvy you maybe but they were very patient and explained it well. 100% would visit again especially with their reasonable prices and portions!
Served us pork AFTER we clearly ticked the 'No Pork ' option. Imagine if that was a nut allergy, or vegan being served meat. Chef came to the table and said but the kimchi stew doesn 't taste good without pork with a smirk No apology from the manager, no offer to reduce the bill (waitress was so embarrassed for us) only as we left
We had dinner at bulgogi and it was amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food was also delicious. The best dish in my opinion was the rib beef, the one you grill at the table. It was tasty and I thought the price was super fair. Try also the rice wine. Worth it! We will definitely return.
Came here for a dinner with my partner and it was such an enjoyable time. Amazing food and nice quiet/relaxed atmosphere, food was so delicious we ordered more. The beef options on the grill menu were so tasty and marinated well that it felt heavenly on my tounge. The staff were very helpful and nice and made our experience much more personal with my partner. The honey garlic wings were very good, I could imagine myself eating them for the rest of my life. The Bibimbap in stone pot was very tasty to eat as well and I loved how the bowl was scorching so the rice became crispy at the bottom The owner helped us grill the beef and also told us while grilling that the beef was imported from Korea and it gets sold out every night, which with the quality of beef we experienced, I can fully believe. When we were leaving the owner said he had something for us and pulled out from his pocket his index over his thumb ,which is the Finger heart in Korea, and it made my partner and I enjoy it even more. It is such an enjoyable restaurant and experience that I would love to go back again soon (The green tea matcha ice cream tastes very good).
I came in for dinner after calling the restaurant to make a reservation and to ask if they have vegan vegetarian options on the menu. I was told there was. We were enjoying our dinner until I found pork inside my kimchi stew. On ordering the stew there is ‘NO PORK’ option on the order form, which I ticked. We informed the waitress who came back and apologised for the mistake which was made by the chef in the kitchen. Apparently the waitress wrote NO PORK on the order but the chef missed this. We don’t eat pork as it is forbidden in our religion so it was very upsetting for us. The waitress offered to make the dish again without the pork this time, but we refused and wanted to pay and leave as we were really upset. When the bill came they omitted that one dish but gave no discount and added the 10% service charge on the bill! We asked to speak to the manger but was told she couldn’t come out as she doesn’t speak English. The gentleman who came out instead laughed and said the kimchi soup has no flavour it without the pork! The lack of remorse and understanding or basic care of rectifying the situation even though they could See how distressed we were was appalling. After we complained to the staff and complained about them adding service charge to the bill they reluctantly omitted the service charge off the bill. I will never recommend this place for anyone vegan vegetarian or with any allergies or food intolerances be it religious of other to come here.
