Qdoba Mexican Eats - Woburn

The food was pretty decent, but the kids? meals are definitely not worth it. The quantitative and qualitative value of the food is not worth the price. On the bright side, the service is good and there are many fountain drink options. I would go back; however, I will avoid the kids? meals moving forward.

Usually I have nothing bad to say about qdoba. I love the food I usually go to the one in Peabody and I got to say the Woburn location is terrible. I went there at 5:50 and stood waiting as the only person in line for 15 minutes while they did online orders. No one even said hello to me. They just kept their heads down. I ended up walking out because I just didn?t know how much longer I would have to wait to get food. Won?t be coming back to this location. At least say hello to people and tell them you?ll help them in a minute.

My wife and I generally like their food a lot but the only reason I am giving 1 star is that this time, there was a giant piece of plastic inside one of the tacos! This, to me, is beyond carelessness (like food arriving cold or not properly packed, all of which I personally don't really care for much when it's a delivery) but rather a potentially dangerous issue concerning health hygiene. For full disclosure, the order was placed through Doordash and we had it delivered, not that it matters here.

Mistakenly they charged me double in Woburn place and told that she can?t refund. Need to talk supervisor but supervisor were not there. I left my phone number and name. They never cal me back. I went after a week, workers are rude. Trying to prove me that they didn?t do that mistake.

Decent place for some quick food, fairly high quality and reliable. The food tastes great, and is food for its cost
