Either they have raised their prices for the new year or they have reduced their portion sizes, either way we felt ripped off. We ordered one egg roll for $4.95, we received one. We ordered Peking ravioli for $8.25, we received four. We ordered crab rangoon for $7.95, we received four. We ordered pork fried rice for $8.95, we received a small portion. We also ordered house fried flavored chicken for $15.95. For a total of $50, we barely had enough food to feed two people. They are clearly cutting corners here. We will never be ordering from this restaurant again.

Terrible experience at this restaurant. Half of our order was incorrect and missing, and there were no apologies given for the over $100 bill.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant, and my son particularly loved it. We received a brown bag with delicious soup, fried rice, and on our last visit, noodles that he was very excited about and wants to have again next time we visit. He mentioned that the woman who works there is always nice and friendly.

I've been a customer for 10 years now. Ginger Root has some of the best Chinese food I've ever eaten. The food is always hot. The portions are very good. Couple of my favorites are pork fried rice. Beef is spicy szechuan sauce. In which I recommend. The best thing is that they always take care of their customers. I highly recommend trying Ginger Root.
