99 Pub Mishawum Rd. - Woburn

Our server Anthony was great. We have had him serve us in the past and every time he's been outstanding. Very friendly and efficient. The host that status was extremely friendly as well. The food was good but the fries did not seem so fresh. I was however very impressed with how efficient the kitchen was.

I love the 99s they have above the average quality food and drinks for a competitive price

Well it wasn't a great experience but I guess it could have been worse. We came in a little more than an hour before closing. It probably took us 15 minutes to be ready to order, not the server's fault we were just slow to make a decision, that still left us over 45 minutes to receive food and eat. Food took a little while to get there and while we were waiting two female servers got into a heated argument about who would take the table that just came in, still 20+ minutes until closing. I get it no one wants the late table but maybe the middle of the dining room isn't the best place to cuss each other over this. Anyway so our food comes and unfortunately our server rang mine in wrong. If it was something I would have eaten I would just kept it but it was something I really hate. No problem the server rang it again correctly said about 5 minutes...my whole family ate their meals and finished, still no food, lights were turned off at 8:58, I guess to indicate last call...still no food. Thankfully lights were turned back on a minute later but I was so tired and done at this point I asked if we could just cancel that food and get our check. By the time he was able to do that the food was up. It was seafood so taking it to go wasn't appealing and we hadn't even been in our hotel room to know if it had a microwave or anything (plus no one wants to smell that). I didn't want to hear anymore from the already fussy female servers or be the cause for our server to have to stay even longer (we watched him work his butt off while we were there). All in all server was good even with his mistake, food was mediocre at best (I tried food from everyone's plate while waiting), it was just a poor experience all around.

We met a family member today for lunch at this location. The host took notice that my Mom was using a walker and offered a closer table. I was very impressed with his observation and concern. Our server Peter was great. The food was great and Charles the other server made it a point to interact with us and have a few laughs with us. Great job everyone. .

Food was good. Customer service was exceptional. Very friendly bartender. Lots of TV?s to watch games. Popcorn served as soon as you sit down. Over all a nice spot.
