The Pour House - Wisconsin Rapids

We visited the restaurant for breakfast during a convention and found the service to be very slow. There was only one waitress and the manager on duty, which contributed to the delays in service.

The service was slow, and the staff did not seem very professional. The decor left much to be desired. Overall, I was not impressed with the food either.

The food is mediocre, but it could be acceptable if there aren't many other choices available, which is often the case in a hotel setting. Unfortunately, the service was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

The fish fry on Friday night was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent as well!

I personally know the manager, and they provide excellent service. The food is fantastic, and there’s often a fun atmosphere that helps the time fly by. It's always a great experience!
