The place was dirty, like floors don't look like they've ever been mopped and all the tables in the lobby were dirty. We went at 5:30 pm, sopeak dinner time but the food was cold. To add, the cashier did not give us our change. Everyone on staff was rude and stand offish. Not worth the money we paid and probably will not be going back to this location.
I will agree with the others that the place was a hot mess of uncleaned areas. First time visit to this location and I will have to think very hard about going back. I know they are first open, but that's when you need to bring your best. If this is thebest, your location is not going to do well. As I was waiting for my order, I noticed employees looked confused. One had a bowlof tortillas and there was a discussion over them. Maybe wrong order? The chips were dumped back in the warming drawer and thebowl placed back in the stack for the next order. Look, it's a bowl of chips. You did it up wrong? So what! Give themcomplimentary and be done. What happened looked like recycling food. This wasn't even my order. Just what I witnessed. Please,Stevens Point, share a few employees so these guys can figure it out and not sink the ship. Food wise? It was only 11:30, and asI am adding to my order, everything was low. What's with that? You didn't even have the lunch crowd rush yet...????
The food looks great but has little to no taste. The price of the food for the size of the portion is a bit on the high side. The only reason for the two stars is that the staff is friendly and willing to prepare your food however you prefer.
I?ve had the privilege to visit QDOBA twice and I haven?t had a bad experience with their food. The bowls are extremely filling, especially since you can add whatever toppings you?d like and the roasted tomato salsa is to die for! However, I believe thoseworking at this location need to have better customer service, especially the cashiers that my husband and I have encountered. Asimple ?hello? goes along way, speaking loudly will help others understand what you are saying but if you?re talking quietly andI ask you to please repeat yourself laughing isn?t the proper response. Also, regardless if the chips are complimentary or not,if a meal comes with specific items, the cashier should ask if the customer would like them. My husband was inside the buildingand it wasn?t busy nor was a lot happening for the chips to not be asked about, especially if it?s the cashiers job to doso. We will definitely keep coming back, but I do hope that the customer service changes.
I would give this location a negative rating but one was the least I could do. They are constantly out of ingredients and management has nothing but excuses, none of which involve staffing shortages. What is available has clearly been in the holdingbin to long. This is the 5th visit all at various points in the day and it's been the same each time. For a newly openedlocation they are not off to a good start
