Pizza Hut - Wisconsin Rapids

I have a lot of negative thoughts about our local Pizza Hut and I will have to be desperate before I order from there again. I ordered a customized New Yorker at 5:15 and it arrived at 5:35, which should have been my first clue. The pizza I received was a standard New Yorker, not the customized one that I ordered. Additionally, it was cold and dried out, indicating that it may have been someone else's order that was cancelled. I tried calling the restaurant at least six times and was placed on hold each time, only for the call to be dropped after ten minutes. The lack of service and the money lost has left me very upset. Therefore, I will be looking for a new place to order pizza from in the future. If you order a customized pizza from Pizza Hut, be sure to check it before paying the driver.

I love their wings!! Their super supreme pizza thin crust is the best. Their prices could be a bit better though!

Same great food and service to customers as the ones in Rhinelander and Plover. Been here numerous times with my family.

Very unhappy with the past few times I have ordered here. They always forget things or take very long time to deliver the order last forgot my double papas and driver had to go back for them. Very cold and soggy I did a online review and no manager contact.

When we walked in we had a hard time finding a clean table. There was no one here and they were still out of the meaty marinara pasta. The bathroom floors were sticky with paper towel hanging out of the garbage. The soda fountains are still down and the only dining available is ordering at the counter. Our water also came out in a dirty cup- looked like dried food on the side. Only reason for 2 stars is cause the food was still decent.
