Ispoon - Wisconsin Rapids

Nothing we ate was even warm. Many items were dry hard like they had been around since the previous night's dinner. Told 4 staff people but nothing was done. Told cashier (again) when paying she said heaters were off. Then they sd not have been open. Even cold foods (salads, etc) were dry not tasty. Will NOT be returning.

Always fresh food service quick and clean environment, faimly friendly

I Spoon is a Chinese buffet restaurant. The price is reasonable,the selection of dishes is very good and the food is delicious. The only down side is that I walked in about 1/2 hr after they opened and the food on the steam tables wasn't hot but only aboutroom temperature. In guessing they didn't start heating then up soon enough. That's why my overall rating is 3 stars

I've had both the buffet and take out and have been pleased with their food. For eating there, the waiters were quick and checked in several times to take dishes and make sure things were good. The takeout was ready on time and hot. Overall, verysatisfied with both the food and employees.

I was in the area and decided to stop with the family boy was I wrong the food was old I mean I know this passes as the closest to a good buffet here in Wisconsin but still. What worry me the most was how dirty the place is the ceiling is leaking some kindof brown liquid the carpet is really dirty moldy I think and everything was sticky like really sticky. Half of the buffet wasclose on a Saturday afternoon you would think everything would be hot and ready. I would not recommend this place based just onthe cleanliness of the place. The only thing that was freah was the salad section. On the other hand the staff isfriendly. Please do better.
