Kilbourn City Grill - WISCONSIN DELLS

I recently visited a Thanksgiving buffet. The food was tasty and the service was alright. Even though we had a reservation for 4:30, we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. The buffet had a variety of food choices, including desserts. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.

We had to wait almost half an hour for our reservation, which was made challenging by having young children with us. The service was incredibly slow, with it taking 25 minutes just to bring a glass of wine. The food did not come as ordered - our spaghetti with meatballs was missing the meatballs, which were only brought in a small bowl after we had already finished our meal. Other dishes were just average. The total bill for our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids, 1 glass of wine, 1 beer) came to $100. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, but unfortunately, it was the only dining option available in the hotel (apart from the Chop House). I would suggest looking for dinner elsewhere, as this place is not worth the money.

My daughter became ill after eating the food, even when she was given leftovers. Two meals were forgotten and given to us later, and everyone's food was cold. Additionally, the staff was rude.

The service at this restaurant did not meet the high standards it is known for. I had to track down our server, Zoran, to get the check as we waited for quite a while. I eventually found him near the front of the restaurant, playing on his phone.

Waits for almost half an hour for our reservation, which is not to be managed with young children! service was over slow (see 25 minutes for a glass wein.) eating was wrong (ordered spaghetti with meatballs she forgot the meatballs, then we didn't even get them until we finished with our meal and they just sent a small bowl with coarse bare meatballs, no sauce or something that helped the presentation.) our bill for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) with 1 glass wein and 1 beer was $100. I couldn't believe what a terrible experience we had. but it is the only place to dinner in the hotel (except the famous chiffelhaus), so we had no choice. go somewhere else, but here, seriously, here, don't waste your money.
