Friday Bridge Fish - Wisbech

The restaurant has a very clean and appealing ambiance, with friendly staff. I initially went just for some chips, but ended up ordering fish and chips instead. It took a little while since they cook everything fresh, but it was definitely worth the wait.

The fish and chips were absolutely delightful, served in a paper bag that kept them looking great even when I took them home. They weren't greasy like those often found in plastic bags, which is a nice touch. Plus, being eco-friendly is a fantastic bonus. Overall, it was brilliant!

Under the new ownership, this restaurant has extended its opening hours and emphasizes that every order is cooked fresh, which is a great improvement for the village.
