New Oriental Stir Fry - WIRRAL

I paid £8 for a tray of fat drenched in syrup. I was very disappointed as I had been looking forward to them. It's understandable to get a few fatty pieces, but the entire tray was excessive.

My fiancé and I placed an order through Just Eat at this restaurant. After over an hour had passed, I realized that it was a joke because they had initially said it would only take 45 minutes. I tried calling them but couldn't get through for about 5 minutes. Finally, when I did get through, they told me that because we were new customers and paying cash, they couldn't deliver to us because they couldn't verify the address. They didn't even bother to contact us to let us know or confirm with us. They just accepted the order on Just Eat and left us waiting for a delivery that was never going to happen. I am absolutely disgusted.

Use here on a regular basis,highly recommend,food is always lovely,piping hot delivery everytime,staff friendly very happy and well fed

I was a regular customer .ordered 20 quids worth of takeaway and asked for a free bag of prawn crackers(hardly a big ask) .the takeaway did not provide free prawn crackers.. will not be using again.

Ordered chicken and sweet corn soup . And a crab meat soup. Chicken was still pink and soup very watery . Crab meat consisted if 2 crabsticks in a watery soup . Crab sticks were very rubbery. Ordered salt pepper chips . No flavour . And obviously warmed up chips . Spring rolls very greasy and soggy . Been here alot of times but never again .
