I ordered the food on Just Eat and it arrived on time, but unfortunately it was completely inedible. The soup was mush, the spring rolls were wet and soggy, the rice was dark brown, and the main dish was just a mushy mess. I was very disappointed as none of the meal was edible. When I called the takeaway to complain, they told me to contact Just Eat for a refund.

Ordered a S&P munchy box for myself and partner. It arrived 90 minutes later, box falling apart, lacked any real flavour, some part of the portion was cold. Called to ask for a refund and was offered a new one, partner is pregnant and been put off the food completely. I offered to let the driver collect the food for a full refund and didn’t want a new one making. They refused to let us have a refund but said they’ll come collect it and we can ask Uber for a refund, don’t really trust them to keep up their end. Paid extra for soup and prawn crackers, soup was really lacking any taste and was full of water chestnuts to bulk it out and make it look a larger portion. Really disappointing, would not recommend ever to anyone. Customer service absolutely shocking. STAY AWAY

I have ordered from this restaurant a few times. The times I ordered through Uber were not usually as good, so I started ordering directly from the shop. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt that the quality and level of service deserved praise. The food is fresh and tastes fantastic. The order is usually quicker than expected. Overall, I am very satisfied. I usually order online so I have not spoken to the shop directly, but I believe that if someone's complaint is that they are slow, it says more about them than the restaurant.

Was one of the worst foods I ever had call to complain and the thick as two short planks girl on end of phone pretending I ordered from the birkenhead shop lol only speaking to the same girl to place my order . Sorry spend your money eals where guys

I ordered food from Uber Eats and when it arrived, it was missing a few items. I called the restaurant and was told to call back when I placed another order. I will definitely not be ordering from there again as the food was terrible and inedible. The chips were rock hard, the chicken balls were greasy and overcooked, the crispy wonton was burnt and had a strange taste, and the young chow fried rice had hardly any meat and only 2 prawns, and was very greasy. I do not understand how they have a 5-star food and hygiene rating. I suggest finding another place to eat as this one should be shut down.
