There were no fries or straws, and the staff seemed more focused on customers than making sure the food was hot and fresh. The managers seemed disinterested and allowed the staff to rudely handle the front counter.

I waited 15 minutes for my order at the restaurant, only to witness another customer returning a bag of onion rings because she had actually ordered nuggets. Shockingly, the server put the same onion rings back on the warming section and then placed them on my tray with my order. I had to ask for fresh ones when I saw the customer returning them, and although the server complied, he ended up returning the same onion rings to the warming section again. This experience left me appalled at the poor service and lack of food hygiene practices at this establishment.

The service was unfriendly and the fries tasted like cardboard. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant, especially coming from an American who has eaten at many Burger Kings.

Ordered from here via Uber eats, never again! The ‘large’ chips only came halfway up the box, all the food was stone cold, and the price of the food is extortionate when you consider how rank it is.

Enjoyed the flame grilled flavour you get from here, it gives the burger that extra special bite to it. Good value for money beats the other fast food burger franchise hands down. Good quality burgers well worth a visit if your shopping here.
